Once…twice…three times I can’t guess what a the password and “YOUR PIN IS BLOCKED!!!” error message board in my screen is comming up. It ask the PUK number… in my remaining there is no PUK number my start pack when I bought this SIM Card. I confused for a while…how can I back the condition ?
Fortunately, one of my friend told me to call the Call Canter to get PUK number. I got nervous for a moment because it is the first time to do it. However after some called, I could’nt find anybody respond my called.
Praise GOD, at 00.30 am Customer Service answer my phone and give some direction to me to get the PUK number. And yes
I get it….
Now I can use my number again…thanks 4 all
